Services described

Pages describing subscription revenue dashboards, churn analysis, stewardship, and briefings are informational. A binding scope exists only in a written statement of work or email confirmation of fees and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and original materials remain the property of Content Nestcore unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Upon full payment for a commissioned engagement, you receive ownership of the agreed artefacts (for example dashboard specifications, findings packs, and glossaries) as defined in that engagement. Pre-existing methods and templates remain ours.

No professional substitute beyond scope

Our work addresses revenue and churn reporting. It is not legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. You remain responsible for regulatory filings and financial statements prepared by your accountants.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, Content Nestcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions made using our deliverables. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirm fees in writing before kickoff. The site does not process payments.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise.
