Method

From billing map to a dashboard your team can own

Our method is built around subscription revenue dashboards and churn analysis — not generic reporting. Each stage produces a decision artefact before we move on.

Team collaborating on metric definitions during a kickoff

1. Map how money actually moves

We document plans, pauses, refunds, multi-currency settlement, and the people who currently argue about MRR. Edge cases go on the wall first.

2. Lock definitions in writing

Finance and product countersign the same language for net revenue retention, logo churn, and revenue churn. The change log starts here.

3. Build only what the close needs

Revenue roll-up, cohort retention, and churn early-warning panels. Decorative heatmaps stay out of the standing pack.

Churn analysis inside the same method

When cancellations rise, we code support notes, weight them by dollars lost, and facilitate a working session so interventions have owners. The output is a ranked cause board, not a slide of averages.

Hong Kong operators often juggle regional billing quirks — we treat those as first-class inputs, not footnotes.

What we ask of you

  • A finance contact who can answer definition questions within two business days
  • Billing history covering at least twelve months when possible
  • Willingness to retire duplicate spreadsheets after handoff

Most flagship commissions take three to five weeks. Churn reviews fit inside two weeks. Briefings are half a day.
