About

Clarity for recurring revenue, grounded in Hong Kong

Content Nestcore exists for operators who sell on subscription and need their revenue and churn figures to survive a hard question from the board.

Bright studio workspace in an urban office building

Origin

We started after watching membership and software companies in Sai Ying Pun and nearby districts rebuild the same month-end story from scratch every close. Spreadsheets multiplied; definitions drifted; leadership debates consumed the hour meant for decisions.

The studio concentrates on subscription revenue dashboards and churn analysis — the narrow slice where finance language and customer reality meet.

How we work

We prefer short engagements with clear artefacts. Kickoffs happen in person when travel allows; builds and reviews continue remotely across Hong Kong and APAC time zones. We write definitions down before we draw charts.

Values in practice

  • One written definition beats a clever chart.
  • Revenue weight ranks churn causes, not ticket volume alone.
  • Handoff is part of the fee — abandoned dashboards help no one.
  • We refuse fake urgency and inflated metrics in our own materials.
