Project work typically requires a 40% deposit to reserve kickoff dates. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Briefings are payable before the session.

No. We sell professional engagements and retainers. You keep ownership of the views we build inside your own reporting environment.
Can we combine a dashboard commission with a churn review?
Yes. Many clients run the review in parallel with the build once definitions are locked. Combined scopes receive a single statement of work.
Travel outside Hong Kong?
Regional travel is quoteable. Remote delivery across APAC is included in standard fees when kickoff materials are prepared in advance.
